At AlShiaka, we prioritize customer satisfaction by ensuring a smooth and hassle-free return process. Below are the cases in which returns are accepted and the conditions for each.

1. Returning a Wrong Product

If you receive an incorrect product, we will:

  • Arrange for a pickup of the wrong item.

  • Ship the correct product to you as soon as possible.

2. Returning a Damaged Product

If your order arrives damaged, we will:

  • Require proof of damage (e.g., photos) for verification.

  • Ship a replacement product after review and approval.

3. Product Condition (Used vs. Unused)

  • Unused Products: Eligible for return if they are in original condition with intact packaging and tags.

  • Used or Damaged Products: Not eligible for return unless the damage is due to a manufacturing defect.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items (For Hygiene Reasons)

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear

  • Ihram (Pilgrimage Garment)

  • Thermal Pajama Sets

5. Return Timeframe

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date.

  • Items with manufacturing defects can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

How to Submit a Return Request

Return Shipping Fees

    • A manufacturing defect is found.
