Returns & Exchanges

How many days do I have to return or exchange an item?

🔄 Returns: Within 7 days of receiving the product
🔄 Exchanges: Within 14 days of receiving the product
💳 Refunds: Processed within 14 business days (subject to banking policies)

📢 Important for Tabby & Tamara customers:

  • Tabby: Exchanges within 14 days, returns via the website only

  • Tamara: Returns within 7 days, exchanges not available

What are the conditions for returns/exchanges?


✔ Items must be in original condition, with original packaging, receipt, and shipping invoice.
✔ Exchanges via AlShiaka showrooms or the website may require payment of price differences.

How can I request a return or exchange?

💳 For Saudi Arabia:
Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Mada
Apple Pay: Secure payments via Safari
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available within KSA (extra SAR 5.75, non-refundable)
Tabby & Tamara: Interest-free installment options

🌍 For International customers:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express (Mada is only available in KSA)

Cushion Guarantee: 1 year (subject to fabric availability)
Product Quality Guarantee: 1 month from receiving the item

📌 Modification Policy:

  • Old clothes can be modified within 3 months (fee applies).

  • Fabric availability is required.

📌 Return Policy:

  • Custom products can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect.

How can I determine my correct size?


📏 Use our size guide:

Traditional wear: Length (53–64 men, 40–52 youth, 24–30 kids)
Casual wear: Measure chest, waist, and hip circumference

🔹 If between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort.
