At AlShiaka, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to offer the best shopping experience. Below are our return and exchange policies to ensure a seamless process for our customers.

Return and Exchange Guidelines

  • Returns: Customers can return their purchases within 7 days from the date of receipt.

  • Exchanges: Products can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt.

  • Refund Processing: Refunds for returned items will be processed within 14 working days, subject to bank processing times and policies.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be in their original condition, including packaging.

  • Include the original purchase and shipping invoices.

Price Difference Policy

If there is a price difference when exchanging items at AlShiaka stores or online, the customer is responsible for covering the difference.

Return and Exchange Policy for Tabby & Tamara Customers

Tabby Customers:

  • Exchanges allowed within 14 days from the date of purchase.

  • Returns can only be processed via the website.

Tamara Customers:

  • Returns allowed within 7 days via the website only.

  • Exchanges are not permitted as per Tamara’s policy.

Shipping Fees & Payment Policies

  • Customers are responsible for shipping fees and any cash-on-delivery charges if they opt to return or exchange an item.

  • For payments made via credit card or Mada, any previously paid shipping charges are non-refundable.

Policy for Discounted or Promotional Items

  • Exchanges: Allowed within 3 days from the date of receipt.

  • Returns: Accepted within 1 day from the date of receipt.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items (For Hygiene Reasons)

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear

  • Ihrams

  • Thermal Pajama Sets

Manufacturing Defects

  • Items with manufacturing defects can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase.
