At AlShiaka, we understand that sometimes you may not be available when your order arrives. Here’s what happens if the shipping company cannot deliver your package:
1. Re-Delivery & Missed Delivery Notices
The courier will attempt re-delivery on the next business day or at a later time based on their policy.
If delivery fails, they may leave a notice, send a message, or call to reschedule.
2. Rescheduling or Pickup Options
Some shipping companies allow you to reschedule delivery or pick up the package from the nearest branch.
If the order remains unclaimed, it will be returned to AlShiaka.
3. Policy for Unclaimed Prepaid Orders
Orders not collected within 90 days will be handled as follows:
Credit Card Payments: The amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Modified Orders: If the order was changed per customer request, it becomes non-refundable.
After 90 days, AlShiaka reserves the right to dispose of unclaimed orders.
